MARKETING
​Although I have a BSBA in Marketing, I enjoy more of the creation of Marketing Strategies and Budgets. This also assists with measurables ensuring a specific marketing strategy is creating a return.​
OPERATIONS
Level Up Operations - This is where I combine accounting and operations skills/knowledge. My niche is budgets, evaluating staff in all departments, plan/implement new service or product lines, developing staff, and rolling out new software.​

My prior experience is working with a nationwide janitorial company that strictly hired subcontractors with their Big Box Retailers (Originally Coach, Crate & Barrel). They were losing contracts as these Retailers were wanting more "control" of the service provided. I was able to hire and train janitorial teams (staff, supervisor, and area managers) throughout the U.S. (Alaska, California, Texas, Florida, Washington, Oregon). This required implementing HR and Payroll for varying state requirements, and creating job descriptions (and time deadlines which is important to contract budget). Once implementing a successful city, I rolled out to remaining Retailer stores. This ability to provide "self-performing" services I was able to bid and win contracts with Grainger, Apple, and Gap.

Another example was in the Substance Abuse industry. A residential facility was only obtaining clients under "self-pay" creating a limit on client reach. Outside of typical accounting tasks - I was able to successfully roll-out acceptance of PPO insurance. Creating of insurance billing department, and clinical staff for pre-authorizations, utilization reviews, and peer reviews. I was able to review, select, and roll out comprehensive all-in-one CRM, EMR, and RCM platform. This is involved training specific departments (clinical, accounting, and medical). In addition, the opening of additional detox/residential facility, PHP / Outpatient, and "PHP" sober home that involved licensing and audits.
